The dreamy and enigmatic pop of Geneva-based band Magic & Naked, inspired by the 60s and 70s, returns to the stage after a four-year break with intriguing new tracks. Opening the event, Zurich artist Palinstar will introduce her new album “Backtrain Places,” blending haunting rock and comforting folk, highlighted by her sensual voice and inventive melodies. A must-see for a truly unique musical experience.

“État Sauvage” offers a theatrical experience where humor and discomfort intertwine. It follows two men, referred to as the One and the Other, who meet in a park transformed into a wild space, challenging violence and reason. The play delves into our inner barbarism and the delicacy of civilization through compelling performances, highlighted by intricate lighting and evocative music. Stéphane Jaubertie’s script is powerful and contemporary, crafting a disturbingly mesmerizing human tableau. The production has been awarded the first regional prize from Rhône-Alpes at the FESTHEA festival and closed the Avignon IF festival.

LovPoem explores the void left by lost love through a dance that intertwines tenderness and pain. Ludovico Paladini embodies this emptiness, navigating between nostalgic memories and abrupt sound interruptions, unveiling the complexity of heartache with a mix of emotion, kitsch, and irony.

Zizi Zozio is a performance by Marvin M’Toumo, an artist and designer trained in Nice and Geneva, that merges theater, fashion, and poetry. It reflects on his childhood in Guadeloupe and a dream of living among pelicans. The performer embodies a bird adorned with feathers, addressing themes of violence, sexuality, memory, and survival through a blend of storytelling, breath, cries, and song. Through this hybrid character, he authentically explores issues of gender and race, using art as a space for questioning and reconciliation.

Ages 18 and up.
