Victoria Hall is a prominent concert hall housed in a majestic neoclassical building. This historic venue is celebrated for its exceptional acoustics, making it a favored destination for music enthusiasts. While occasionally featuring other musical genres, Victoria Hall remains predominantly dedicated to the world of classical music.
The Orchestre Concertus, joined by the Ensemble Vocal Orphée and soloists under the baton of Matthieu Schweyer, will perform works by Antonio Vivaldi at Victoria Hall. The program includes “The Four Seasons,” “Concerto for Four Violins,” and the “Magnificat.”

The Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, under the baton of Neeme Järvi, presents Brahms’ “Ein deutsches Requiem” with soprano Julie Fuchs, baritone Matthias Goerne, and the Zürcher Sing-Akademie. This powerful work marks the return of the former music director, often missing from the usual repertoire. Composed after personal losses, this Requiem offers solace to the living with its German biblical texts. It signifies an important milestone in Brahms’ artistic journey.
