Two short pieces combine sleight, movement and live piano. In Variations pour piano et polystyrène Madeleine Cazenave’s music accompanies a juggler and his polystyrene plate in a levitating, poetic duet with sound. Goupil et Kosmao brings a taxidermied fox to life: sly, mischievous and intent on stealing the show from its magician. The double program mixes magic nouvelle, dance, silent theatre and piano in a tactile, playful experience for ages 5 to 105.

A wildly virtuosic and tender circus show from Québec, Machine de cirque follows six survivors who assemble an odd machine to reconnect with other castaways. The ensemble blends acrobatics, the Korean plank, trapeze, juggling, cycling, mast work, live drumming and intricate machinery with playful theatricality. Poetic, irresistibly funny and warmly human, the performance celebrates complicity, fraternity and the joy of collective invention. Suited to families and all ages, it privileges physical storytelling and contagious stage energy.

Jonathan Dove’s opera adapts the tales The Enchanted Pig and The Brown Bear of Norway into a tender, witty musical fable. Directed by Joan Mompart and translated into French by Sabryna Pierre, the production blends cardboard and pixel-art scenography with a sensitive score to tell Flora’s journey — condemned to marry a pig who is an enchanted prince — aided by the North Wind, the Moon and the Sun. Themes include fate, free will and the clairvoyance of the heart.

Le Cochon enchanté is an opera by Jonathan Dove, directed by Joan Mompart. The story follows Flora, a princess who confronts a prince transformed into a pig by day and a man by night, embarking on a modern quest through worlds inspired by video games and social networks. Eight lyric singers and six instrumentalists bring intimate musical textures to this co‑production with the Grand Théâtre de Genève and the Opéra de Lausanne, blending playful staging and contemporary irony.

Choreographed and performed by Christian Ubl in collaboration with naturalist Gilles Clément, this danced dialogue unfolds like a wandering garden where movement and thought grow freely. With humour and tenderness, the duo probes what it means to be alive: planetary mixing, the journeys of seeds, the delicate dance of the edelweiss and the encounter between voice and body.
