22 September – 29 November

Two short plays by Anton Chekhov staged by Tibor Ockenfels and Flavie Tapparel, presented as compact dramatic machines where romantic comedy masks escalating confrontations between desire, affection and material interest. Performances rely on precise physical timing, terse exchanges and a lean, playful design to reveal the simmering violence behind courtship rituals. The three actors — Estelle Bridet, Matteo Prandi and Raphaël Vachoux — inhabit heightened character types that shift between farce and darker comic truth, creating a sharply observed, kinetic evening.

Told as a solo performance, this piece follows a woman as she remembers the films that shaped her life and blurs the line between cinema and memory. Through references to science-fiction sagas and cinematic archetypes — the woman-soldier, the survivor, the reluctant mother — the show probes identity, fear of change and the ways stories migrate from screen to skin. Sparse staging and intimate narration create a haunting, introspective atmosphere.

Directed by Gabriel Álvarez, Le Repas revives two flagship pieces from his company’s repertoire for the 40th anniversary of Studio d’Action Théâtrale and pays homage to playwright Valère Novarina. A cosmogonic feast staged with the audience at table, the performance devours the world through ritual, poetry and corporeal presence. It examines human voracity, collective memory and the fate of what we ingest, offering a sensorial, intimate and occasionally brutal theatrical journey.

Two bands take the stage: The Band, channeling raw 1960s–70s rock, and Latin Lovers, offering swing and Latin-infused repertoire. The programme alternates driving electric grooves and warm, danceable rhythms, with musicians trading solos and close harmonies. The sound design favors immediacy and intimacy, letting textures and dynamics shape the evening. It creates a convivial, nocturnal atmosphere where nostalgia meets rhythmic exuberance and live interplay becomes the event’s emotional core.

6 – 8 October

Choreographed and performed by Andalusian artist María del Mar Suárez, known as La Chachi, this hybrid flamenco piece blends reverence and deconstruction of tradition with a punk expressivity. Two musicians and a singer form a driving, looping soundscape that slowly reveals La Chachi’s silhouette as she advances, her movements coiling and breaking like the music’s escalating cycles. Visceral and hypnotic, the work explores the effort to overcome the seemingly insurmountable, building tense intimacy and ritualized ascent.

7 – 17 October

Je ne suis pas Johnny is a theatrical exploration of identity, memory and the weight of cultural myth. Combining intimate staging, physical sensitivity and moments of dark humour, the piece unsettles familiar narratives and invites audiences to reconsider how personas are constructed and performed. Sparse lighting and a fluid rhythm shape an intense, close-up experience, where silence and gesture reveal hidden tensions and unexpected tenderness.
