Performed by a deaf artist, this solo explores little-known connections between women and diverse tattoo cultures through a choreographic writing that rethinks sound and music. Choreographed by María del Mar Suárez (La Chachi), this hybrid flamenco pieces tradition and punk sensibility into a raw, personal language. On stage two musicians and a singer shape a live soundscape that frames La Chachi’s emergence: a dim light reveals her silhouette as she advances and begins an ascension. Her motions coil and break in looping cycles as the music intensifies. Visceral and hypnotic, the performance immerses spectators in concentrated rhythms and fierce corporeal poetry.
Led by Corina Belcea and featuring Suyeon Kang (violin), Krzysztof Chorzelski (viola) and Antoine Lederlin (cello), the Belcea Quartet presents a programme of Beethoven string quartets. The evening juxtaposes early classical poise with late-period introspection, from the radiant op. 18 No. 2 through the contemplative op. 135 to the profound op. 131. The ensemble’s refined phrasing, dynamic interplay and concentrated sonority reveal fresh contrasts and intimate architecture in these masterpieces.
Tess Giordano is a singer-songwriter who accompanies herself on guitar and piano. At 17 she brings a clear, intimate vocal presence to songs that blend pop sensibility with contemplative textures. Her single “Promises” has been played on Couleur 3, and she has performed at festivals including Montreux Jazz Off, La Folle Semaine and Gena Festival. As a composer she has contributed to Compagnie Confiture’s musical and the play Quand viendra la vague, and co-wrote a song for the TV series L’Appel de la forêt. Her live set favors close, acoustic moments and warm, lyrical storytelling.

The piece skewers selfishness with sharp humour and precise staging, combining intimate realism and heightened farce to probe human smallness and the desperate desire for solitude.
