Produced by Village du Soir, Nostalgia & Disco XXL gathers headline artists Gala, Boney M, O-Zone, Helmut Fritz, Lââm and Matt Houston in an immersive retro-concert and dance night. Spectacular scenography and dynamic lighting designs frame live performances and DJ sets, while costume-driven visuals and neon aesthetics revive 80s–2000s pop culture. The program balances communal sing-alongs with club energy, inviting collective euphoria through layered sound and kaleidoscopic staging.
Claudine (j’aime pas l’bonheur) is a re-creation by Marjolaine Minot that probes the ambivalence of happiness through intimate theatrical language. The piece blends restrained physicality and lyrical monologue to map memory, longing and domestic disquiet. Minimal scenic devices and attentive sound design carve spaces of emotion, while a small ensemble negotiates shifts between humour and melancholy. The production favours fragile gestures and precise rhythms to evoke an uneasy, poetic atmosphere.

Spirale Workshops 1 and 2 showcase a thirty-year practice of transmission, research and intergenerational exchange. Under the direction of Michele Millner (Atelier 1) and Cathy Sarr with Patrick Mohr (Atelier 2), the project blends devised creation and collective laboratories. Atelier 1 develops a decolonial, antipatriarchal and radical laboratory that dialogues with figures such as Lady Macbeth and Nina. Participants include Marie Bondolfi, Yves Cerf, Mael Godinat and Jeanne Pasquier.

Celebrating its 43rd edition, AMR Festival gathers a constellation of jazz and improvised-music projects over five days, offering 27 concerts that range from big-band workshops and modern-jazz sessions to intimate improvised sets and family programming. Une Simple Histoire is a tender musical tribute to the late Michel Bühler, celebrating his songs, poetry and humanism. Directed by Roland Vouilloz, the staging brings together Sylvie Bourban (voice) and Jean-Philippe Zwahlen (guitar) in an intimate duet that traces Bühler’s storytelling and travels. The programme weaves folk-inflected arrangements and poetic narration to evoke memory, solidarity and the quiet truth of ordinary lives.

Jeremy Ratib performs material from his album Backlot Country, a hazy window onto an adolescence in Los Angeles where Halloween spectres, bushfires that redden Pacific sunsets and empty pools echo post‑Y2K nostalgia amid kickflip cadences. Rooted in folk songwriting, the music unfolds as homemade psychedelic country‑rock emo, intimate and evocative. Ratib is joined by Valentin Liechti (drums, vocals), Robin Girod (bass, guitar, vocals), Flavie Ndam (saxophone, vocals), Lorraine Dinkel (guitar, vocals) and Lucas Churet (sound).
