Founded in 2021, We Don’t Care About… investigates the possibilities of large ensembles with a libertarian spirit and a nomadic pulse. Between finely crafted arrangements and original compositions, the collective releases an explosive, jubilant energy: an incandescent rhythm section drives five indomitable wind players. In a week-long residency the group explores new repertoires and expands its musical horizons. The performance features Florence Melnotte (piano), Gregor Vidic (tenor sax), Ludovic Lagana (trumpet), Anthony Dietrich Buclin (trombone), Basile Rickli and John Menoud (alto saxes), Brooks Giger (double bass) and Nelson Schaer (drums).
