Summer Concerts at Saint-Germain

The Summer Concerts at Saint-Germain enliven the Old Town with high-quality musical programs every Sunday and Monday. This summer, you’re invited to journey back to ancient Greece through a rich variety of repertoires, ranging from duos to chamber ensembles. Artists such as the Terpsycordes Quartet, Ensemble Zefiro, and the Young Performers Academy, among others, will grace the stage. Enjoy exceptional performances featuring Beethoven’s symphonies, Italian Renaissance songs, and music from ancient Greece. Admission is free, with a collection at the exit.

The Terpsycordes Quartet and the Geneva Brass ensemble come together to present a unique creation titled “Juliette & Roméo”. Inspired by Sergei Prokofiev’s famous ballet music, this piece brings together a string quartet, a brass quintet, and percussion. This musical encounter pays tribute to the tragic love story of Verona’s famed lovers through an intense and moving performance.

Wednesday 20 August, 21:00

Get ready for an adrenaline rush with The Jackets, a Swiss garage rock trio fronted by Jackie Brutsche. For 17 years, they’ve been setting stages ablaze across Europe, the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Japan with their raw and irresistible rock’n’roll. With five albums under their belt, their unrestrained energy and artistic independence have made them a staple in the genre. On stage, they deliver an intense and liberating expression of rock.

21 – 23 August

A series of concerts as the sun goes down in one of Geneva’s most iconic locations.  The Orchestre de la Suisse Romande will be taking over the lawn at Genève-Plage as the last rays of summer sunshine fall. The 6th edition of the festival, to be held from 21 to 23 August 2025, will open as tradition now requires with a classical evening on Thursday, followed by the film concert ‘An American in Paris’ on Friday, and will end in style with a jazz evening on Saturday, in tribute to Sinatra.

Yacine Nemra presents a witty, honest solo performance about ambition, burnout, and missed expectations. Blending childhood memories with adult disillusionment, he explores the weight of success and the comedy of failure in a show that is as personal as it is relatable.
