Joseph Kumbela’s Black Rage returns to Geneva after an international journey marked by multiple distinctions in 2026. Written, directed, and performed by Kumbela, the film follows Nelson as he confronts the wounds of racism and the anger he has carried for too long. In a tense, intimate register, the story traces a struggle to face what silence and other people’s gazes have buried, so that pain no longer defines who he is.
Special screening with director Joseph Kumbela and the rest of the film crew in attendance.
