The Summer Concerts at the Ella Fitzgerald Stage in La Grange Park present a diverse lineup of free concerts for everyone. For 25 years, Eblis Álvarez, a producer from Bogotá, has been transforming Colombia’s musical heritage. With his band Meridian Brothers, he blends cumbia, champeta, soukous, and psychedelic rock. In their album “Mi Latinoamérica Sufre,” they delve into electric guitar within a tropical setting, paying tribute to a variety of Afro-Caribbean genres.
In Geneva for 5 weeks, the Cirque du Soleil’s Kurios transforms the stage into a fantastical steampunk world where a curious inventor’s imagination takes flight. Daring acrobats, contortionists, and whimsical characters bring his chaotic cabinet of curiosities to life in a poetic, high-energy spectacle that celebrates wonder and possibility.
In March 1974, a slightly nervous Michel Berger played a song for France Gall—one he had written for himself but with her in mind. Tous à la Plage (TAP) takes over the Canopée on Quai Gustave-Ador for three free open-air evenings of music, ranging from Latin beats to classical melodies and bold brass sounds. Set against the stunning backdrop of the lake, Geneva’s local musicians and a festive summer atmosphere promise the perfect way to kick off the season.

The Lucens Classique Festival 2025 takes place from June 27 to 29 at the historic Château de Lucens in Switzerland.
