Renowned French pianist Philippe Cassard will perform at Victoria Hall featuring a program of works by Beethoven, Schubert, Debussy, and Liszt. The program includes Beethoven’s “Variations in F major,” op. 34, Schubert’s “4 Impromptus,” D. 935, and several pieces by Debussy such as “Images, Book I,” “Préludes, Book I,” and “Estampes.” Liszt will be represented by “Après une lecture du Dante: Fantasia quasi Sonata.”
