Revived by director Ninon Fachard after the original staging by Véronique Ros de la Grange, this solo piece stars Jacques Michel with Caroline Gasser as the prompter. Lighting by Rinaldo Del Boca and music by Alain Lamarche carve intimate, shadowed spaces around a red sequined curtain. Makeup by Natalia Lepianka and costumes by Emilie Revel shape the fading glamour of a music‑hall star who soliloquises, recalls past glory and loss, and sings in playback—an inward plunge toward memory and survival.

A musical journey through the history of cabaret, from its origins to the present day, takes the stage at Théâtre Les Salons. Directed by Joël Maillard and adapted from Nina Yargekov’s novel, Double nationalité is a choral theatrical investigation into identity and its contradictions. Four actresses — Cécile Goussard, Mélina Martin, Alicia Packer and Marie Ripoll — embody a single heroine and the chorus of her inner thoughts, navigating bilingual disorientation, memory and fantasy. Mélissa Rouvinet’s scenography, Antoine Françoise’s music and Édouard Hügli’s lighting create a dreamlike, often sharp atmosphere. The production balances brutal imagery with moments of surprising humanity, revealing the author’s vocation as a doctor through an intimate, relentless theatrical journey.

Chiara Bersani — Sottobosco

Choreographer Chiara Bersani invites the audience into the undergrowth of an imagined forest, performed in duo with dancer Elena Sgarbossa and a group of workshop participants. The piece stages bodies limited by disability to probe movement, survival and collective care. Inspired by confinement and the inequalities revealed by the pandemic, it turns the stage into an ecosystem — a vibrating floor, layered soundscape and a shared spatial attention — where small gestures, bodily memory and vulnerability become transformative forces and the basis for a newly imagined community.
