They reimagine the fate of Emma Bovary, highlighting provincial ennui and marital dramas with wit and tenderness. This lively and intelligent performance breathes new life into a frequently misunderstood classic, demonstrating its ongoing relevance. The staging combines improvisation, voiceover, and absurd humor to engage the audience from start to finish. Written and performed by Broquet and Pouvreau, with direction by Edward Decesari.

A poetic and intimate performance that moves away from traditional circus spectacles focused on acrobatics. Blending elements of commedia dell’arte with the absurdity of Waiting for Godot, the show follows father and son, Danny and Pepijn, as they navigate memory, absence, and connection. Rich in music, clowning, and humor, the piece creates moments of grace and sensitivity, reflecting on tradition, relationships, and the world around them.

An evening centered on the theme of adulterous love awaits you at the Foyer of the Grand Théâtre de Genève. Experience selections from Debussy’s “Pelléas et Mélisande,” alongside more lighthearted pieces by Offenbach and Poulenc, performed by soprano Charlotte Bozzi, tenor Jean Miannay, bass Mark Kurmanbayev, and pianist Xavier Dami. Enhanced by live cello and viola, this playful yet profound piece holds up a mirror to the joys and complexities of intimate life.
