The Théâtre du Loup, established in Geneva in 1978, is a dynamic independent company with a 200-seat theater in the Vernets-Acacias neighborhood. It produces around twelve performances annually, prioritizing original works, and runs a theater school for children and teenagers. Known for its creativity and dedication to both children’s and adult theater, the company also features the MUZOO, a collection that showcases its scenic creations.
Portative 2 is a new short theatrical piece written by novelist Thomas Flahaut and directed by Jean‑Louis Johannides. This intimate 25–35 minute solo piece travels to unconventional local spaces, privileging concentrated storytelling and close audience encounters. Drawing on a family saga traced by Julie Gilbert, this theatrical piece revisits a late‑19th‑century migration from Barcelonnette to Mexico. Mixing documentary investigation and spiritism, the work stages a hallucinatory, anthropological journey between the living and the dead. Three actresses, a performer and two live musicians conjure archives, doubts and joy in a hybrid performance that blends research, ritual and music, exploring memory, identity and female courage.

Julie Gilbert, writer and creator, explores the connections between writing and mediumship, drawing on experiences with indigenous communities in Michoacán and her interest in shamanic practice. This workshop echoes her piece Une histoire mexicaine and uses the method from La Bibliothèque sonore des femmes: participants summon, through writing, people who have mattered to them and give them voice in a monologue. It investigates heritage, belonging and filial ties and is open to all levels.

Friedrich Dürrenmatt’s La Visite de la vieille dame returns in a contemporary staging by Nathalie Sandoz. The Cie De Facto assembles six actors to enact a piercing examination of vengeance, collective guilt and abuse of power, reframed through a post-#MeToo lens. Laurent Muhleisen’s translation and a spare, incisive mise-en-scène foreground moral dilemmas and social complicity, alternating dark humour and tension to unsettle and provoke reflection.

A collaborative workshop that explores collective radio‑making and imagines the radio of the future. Gathered “around the fire” — literal or imagined — participants exchange stories and practical skills while experimenting with sound, narrative and transmission formats. Invited associations lead hands‑on initiations and proposals to stimulate playful, communal practices and collective authorship. The workshop investigates ways to blend fiction, testimony and technical know‑how to produce a shared on‑air piece and reflect on radio as a social practice.

C’est déjà demain.15 gathers the most adventurous young creators from the French-speaking scene, presenting five short-scale works conceived as maquettes and creative essays. The programme foregrounds experimental approaches to dramaturgy, performance and staging, highlighting new voices such as Celia Hofmann, Domenico Doronzo, Elsa Provensal, Louis Rebetez and Côme Veber. Intimate, provisional and exploratory, the festival offers encounters with emerging practices and risk-taking processes that challenge form and expectation.
