The Théâtre du Loup, established in Geneva in 1978, is a dynamic independent company with a 200-seat theater in the Vernets-Acacias neighborhood. It produces around twelve performances annually, prioritizing original works, and runs a theater school for children and teenagers. Known for its creativity and dedication to both children’s and adult theater, the company also features the MUZOO, a collection that showcases its scenic creations.
Directed by Janaina Leite, this daring staging draws loosely on Georges Bataille’s L’Histoire de l’œil to examine the porous border between theatre and pornography. Fifteen performers, professional and amateur — including sex workers — enact a dark fable where live music, theatrical storytelling and explicit scenes interweave to probe shame, desire, taboo and compulsion. The production treats transgression with care, prioritizing consent and reflection while balancing the vulgar and the sublime.

Step into a gentle, magical world created by multidisciplinary artists Claire and Antho. This family show mixes music, shadow theatre, dance and video as two bodies tell wordless stories of traces, dreams and emotions that travel through time. Children will be carried by soft movement, evocative sound and vivid imagery, and invited to wonder, imagine and reflect together.
