Created and performed by Camille Boitel and Sève Bernard, Le Poids des Choses turns gravity into a playful laboratory. Through a series of short, witty scenes for adults and children, heavy objects become featherlight while everyday gestures grow unexpectedly arduous. Objects seem to acquire a life of their own as bodies slip the laws of physics; an anvil floats and trunks fall upwards. Precise technique and discreet virtuosity animate a visually striking, mischievous performance that blends wonder, humour and silent astonishment.
