After years with L’Impératrice, Flore Benguigui returns to her first love: jazz. She revisits the sounds she grew up with, from 1930s timbres to the analogue synth textures of the 1970s, seeking to challenge elitist perceptions and to build bridges across eras. Her jazz is rooted in tradition yet resolutely contemporary. Singer-composer Lea Maria Fries explores the shifting territories of modern jazz through improvisation, vocal research and experimental influences, shaping sensitive, adventurous music that pushes genre boundaries.

Choreographed by Mathilde Monnier, Black Lights reworks nine texts from the series H24 (created by Valérie Urrea and Nathalie Masduraud) into a corporal theatre of movement and presence. On stage, dancers translate everyday violences against women into force: shock becomes momentum, intimacy becomes collective experience. The piece moves between stand-up and poetic testimony, balancing realism, emotion and anger with flashes of dark humour. It offers a visceral, politically engaged encounter that compels attention.

Choreographed by Aszure Barton and Sharon Eyal and danced by the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève, Forces assembles two contrasting works: BUSK and Strong. The evening probes the tension between collective momentum and individual assertion through precise physicality, sculptural group formations and charged athleticism. Lighting and staging carve intimate and monumental spaces, while the company alternates between rigorously synchronized ensembles and moments of raw personal presence, offering a powerful study of power, identity and shared movement.
