Le Lyrique is a historic café-restaurant and traditional brasserie in Geneva, offering classic French and Swiss cuisine, daily menus and event catering. The venue features a Second Empire interior, imposing columns and a generous terrace. Since 1881 it has served as a cultural meeting place for Geneva’s business, political and artistic communities.
The Geneva Chamber Orchestra and Le Lyrique join forces for a chamber music marathon devoted to Bohemia, a landscape of longing, mystery, and radiant invention. Structured as six musical courses, the day gathers Raphaël Merlin, Romain Descharmes, Flore Merlin, Camille Merckx, Petr Nekoranec, Deborah Nemtanu, Florent Pujuila, the Terpsycordes Quartet, and GCO soloists. From Janáček to Dvořák and Martinů, the programme moves between intimacy, folk echoes, and exuberant lyricism.
