This session presents the key findings and transformative messages of GEO‑7, the UN Environment Programme’s seventh global assessment. Developed with 287 experts and Indigenous knowledge, it examines pathways for systems transformation across energy, food, waste and finance. The programme explores science‑policy implications for governance, policy design and implementation, and investigates how civil society and Indigenous communities bridge evidence and lived experience to inform equitable, integrated policies that can deliver social, environmental and economic benefits.
