Niyazi Koyuncu brings the music of the Black Sea to life with a singular voice that blends traditional melodies and contemporary sonorities. His powerful, sincere stage presence and emotive delivery weave ancestral tunes sung in Turkish and regional languages into a sound that honours the past while sounding immediate. The evening includes an opening set by Jupîya, an acoustic quartet drawing repertoire from Anatolia and Mesopotamia, offering intimate, rhythmic arrangements that complement Koyuncu’s expressive storytelling.
The orchestra is set to perform under the baton of Teodor Currentzis, featuring violinist Vilde Frang. On the program is Alban Berg’s Violin Concerto “To the memory of an angel” and Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 “Titan.” This event is part of the Migros-Pour-cent-culturel-Classics concert series.

Cellist, singer and composer Ana Carla Maza unfolds a luminous musical world that shifts effortlessly between tenderness and intensity. With her ALAMAR Tour 2026 trio—cello and vocals, keyboards and percussion—she blends jazz, classical textures and Latin rhythms into a vibrant, energetic set that celebrates femininity and Caribbean heritage. The programme alternates intimate songs and spirited grooves, showcasing Maza’s lyrical voice, instrumental finesse and rhythmic drive.
More than simple program announcements, these events are true theatrical “green flashes” — moments of celebration linking the end of one season to the start of the next. For this final edition (note the “s” in “presentation(s)”), director Jean Liermier and a constellation of surprise guests will present a lively retrospective: a collage of excerpts, images, sounds, and behind-the-scenes stories collected over eighteen years (2008–2026). The audience is invited on a playful and spectacular journey into the creative heart of the theatre, to relive its highlights, secrets, and emotions — each evening, of course, concluding with a vibrant round of applause.
