They also find themselves standing in for the leading actress in a revealing scene, creating a tongue-in-cheek but affectionate portrayal of the film world and its occasionally artificial glamour.

ART

There would be a white painting, as blank as a clean slate, and three friends: Marc, Serge, and Yvan. One hates the artwork, another hesitates, and the third is preoccupied with his upcoming marriage. Around this painting, Yasmina Reza explores art, perspective, friendship, and even the meaning of life with a blend of humor and cruelty. Through sharp dialogue and biting wit, her play—translated into thirty-five languages and awarded two Molières and a Tony Award—delves into human contradictions. On stage, François Morel, Olivier Broche, and Olivier Saladin brilliantly bring this reflection on beauty and friendship to life.
