Brazilian music icon Ney Matogrosso brings his vibrant show Bloco de Rua to Geneva. The concert is a celebration of Brazilian culture, evoking the festive atmosphere of carnival and reflecting the artist’s passion for music and art. Le Quatre, a new cultural space nestled in the heart of Les Acacias and backed by the association topos, is opening its doors with a vibrant and diverse program. This meeting and creative space is designed for all ages and cultures, placing the audience at the core of its mission to collaboratively build the neighborhood’s narrative. For the inaugural day, a variety of free workshops and activities are planned, including François Cys’ cyclophones, a fanzine workshop with the Geneva Fanzinothèque, miniature performances by La Cie Les Malles, along with refreshments, official speeches, and a friendly aperitif.
Artist Katharina Kreil is unveiling a participatory mural at Place de Pont-Rouge, a collaborative creation with neighborhood residents. The event features a screen printing workshop, speeches, a friendly gathering with refreshments, and a concert at the market. It’s a wonderful opportunity to create, connect, and celebrate together.
