Skankin’ Society Sound System

Formed in 2002, Skankin’ Society is a pivotal Geneva collective and label that revives the golden age of Jamaican music. Their selections—roots reggae, rocksteady and gems from the 1960s and 70s—are curated with retro finesse and high-quality taste. Equipped with a vintage sound system, the crew (including Tim Gourdou-Labourdette, Camille Chappuis, Manohar Jonnalagedda, Simon Arbouille and Till Girardier) crafts a nocturnal journey through timeless Caribbean grooves and deep, sovereign vibrations.

Graines de Ciel – on the road is a poetic, theatrical-musical encounter conceived by Latifa Djerbi and produced by Compagnie Les Faiseurs de Rêves. Five artist-donors — Nyna Loren, Latifa Djerbi, Amanda Cepero, Mehdi Djouad and Arthur Mettrayer — alternate between sung, spoken and instrumental fragments to create intimate, restorative micro-performances. Led by Thierry Courlet (voice, piano, compositions), Le Thierryble revisits 1960s–70s rock with French-language lyrics that blend bittersweet poetry and wry paranoia. Influences such as Pink Floyd, the Beatles and Genesis surface without pastiche, creating melancholic, cinematic moments.
