This participatory workshop tests three governance models: hierarchy, top-sharing and shared governance in small teams. Participants play three structured exercises to observe how decision-making, power distribution and group dynamics affect equality and inclusion. After each game the group debriefs to analyze consequences for communication, agency and collective responsibility, and to draw practical insights for adapting governance in organizations. The session encourages critical reflection and comparative analysis of models.
