Mozart and Schubert Concert

L’Orchestre de Lancy-Genève is celebrating its 50th anniversary in partnership with the Cercle Bach de Genève through a concert showcasing the works of Mozart and Schubert. Conducted by Roberto Sawicki and Natacha Casagrande, and featuring soloists Emma Delannoy, David Ferreira, and Geoffroy Perruchoud, the program offers expressive and radiant pieces that combine rich harmonies with delicate emotions.

Carouge invites you to experience a classical music concert by Christophe Sturzenegger and Julie Fortier, who will perform a piano four-hands repertoire featuring works by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and Modest Mussorgsky. Founders of Duo sforzando and Ensemble Variante, they are committed to making classical music accessible to everyone, with a special focus on children. Julie Fortier is both a professor and an artistic director, while Christophe Sturzenegger, a member of Geneva Brass, is also an accomplished composer with an extensive repertoire. The duo has recorded two CDs and frequently participates in international concerts and festivals.

The CTCC Association showcases the GuZheng, a traditional Chinese zither celebrated for its elegant sound and extensive range. Utilizing a five-note pentatonic scale (C, D, E, G, A), this 21-string instrument is one of the most renowned and cherished in traditional Chinese music.

Back from the ashes like a mischievous phoenix, this stage adaptation of Hergé’s timeless comic hurls Bianca Castafiore’s shrill “Heavens, my jewels!” onto the boards and detonates a riotous, closed-door whodunnit inside the tranquil walls of Moulinsart: red herrings fly, misunderstandings snowball and Tintin’s entire gallery of eccentrics careen through a dazzling, hyper-faithful recreation of the album, where actors vanish into near-unrecognisable guises and the set itself crackles with playful theatrical sleight-of-hand—proof that some productions really do possess a magic, living soul of their own.
