Lo Scoppio Del Cuore

“LO SCOPPIO DEL CUORE” is an overnight, house-wide performance-installation conceived by Melissa Cascarino and inhabited by twenty interwoven artists and writers. Framed as a poetic, anachronistic vigil that begins with Pasolini’s autopsy report and tunnels into contemporary struggles, it erects a living, shifting monument to lucidity, resistance and the power of poetry. Visitors are free to wander through rooms filled with readings, actions and visual works, with food and drink available at the bar all night. Equal parts intimate confession and collective outcry, the piece carves into every “body” Pasolini evoked—social, political, poetic and ancestral—to confront today’s oppressions and ignite new uprisings. Special guests include Davide Cerullo, Sabrina Pisù, Martin Rueff and Gianlivio Fasciano.
