Directed by Guillermo Cacace, this stripped-down staging places five actresses around a single table in the heart of the audience to perform Chekhov’s La Mouette. Pilar Boyle, Marcela Guerty, Clarisa Korovsky, Paula Fernandez MBarak and Romina Padoan inhabit Nina, Treplev, Arkadina, Trigorine and Macha, exposing desires, disillusion and distress in an intimate, raw mise en scène.
