The Summer Concerts at Saint-Germain enliven the Old Town with high-quality musical programs every Sunday and Monday. This summer, you’re invited to journey back to ancient Greece through a rich variety of repertoires, ranging from duos to chamber ensembles. Artists such as the Terpsycordes Quartet, Ensemble Zefiro, and the Young Performers Academy, among others, will grace the stage. Enjoy exceptional performances featuring Beethoven’s symphonies, Italian Renaissance songs, and music from ancient Greece. Admission is free, with a collection at the exit.

Following the success of its first edition, La Cité Bleue is bringing back its thrilling overnight musical marathon, this time with a focus on jazz. Featuring six concerts that showcase jazz in all its forms—spanning improvisations influenced by Western, Eastern, Baroque, and pop music—the event promises an eclectic and unforgettable experience. Guests are invited to stay cozy with their sleeping bags and pillows as they enjoy this unique celebration of musical diversity, culminating in a warm, convivial atmosphere until dawn.

Settle into a deckchair by the lake and soak up the laid-back vibes of La Chaloupe à Vapeur, a beloved summer spot in Geneva’s international district. Every Sunday, enjoy live music spanning blues, chanson, reggae, and more—perfect for a lazy afternoon in the park. With tapas, stunning lake views, and a diverse crowd, it’s a true local gem. In case of rain, the concerts will be postponed!

AM ANGKLUNGKLANG is a four-hour immersive experience featuring live Indonesian gamelan and electronics at PNEU, Le Vélodrome. The Ensemble Batida employs metal and bamboo percussion instruments, including the angklung, arranged in a rectangle to facilitate free movement for both audience and musicians. Breaking away from traditional repertoire, the sounds are live-transformed by David Poissonnier. The performance unfolds in eight chapters inspired by gamelan rituals, allowing the audience to come and go as they please.
