Established by Renos Xippas in Paris in 1990, Xippas is a contemporary art gallery with a presence in Paris, Punta del Este, and Geneva.
Artists Chloé Delarue, Miriam Laura Leonardi and Gaia Vincensini, curated by Manuella Denogent, present a group exhibition that interrogates systems of representation, value and desire in contemporary society. Through sculpture, installation, photography, video, object-making and light-based interventions, the works reconfigure familiar forms and visual codes to reveal hidden hierarchies and emotional economies. The exhibition emphasises material experimentation and spatial strategies, inviting reflective engagement with how images and objects shape social meanings.
Opening; Thursday 2 July, 18:00
German artist Olaf Holzapfel presents a body of work that quietly investigates landscape, architecture and vernacular traditions. Working across sculpture, drawing, painting and installation, he foregrounds materiality and craftsmanship, transforming humble materials into structures that mediate between nature and the built environment. The works trace textures of memory and labour, proposing subtle dialogues between form and site. The exhibition emphasises process and making, inviting sustained attention to material relationships and artisanal techniques.
Opening: Thursday 17 September, 18:00
