CinéTransat is a beloved summer event in Geneva that offers free open-air film screenings at Perle du Lac. From 10 July to 17 August 2025, every Thursday to Sunday, audiences can enjoy cult classics and themed evenings in a relaxed lakeside setting — picnic and deck chair encouraged!
CinéTransat invites you to a lively, participatory evening with its open-air “choreoke” — a choreographic karaoke! Iconic film and music video clips are screened, encouraging the audience to dance along and mimic the moves together. A fun, communal experience under the stars, filled with joy, rhythm, and spontaneous energy.
CinéTransat highlights local creativity with a selection of Swiss short films screened before certain open-air features. Funny, poetic, or thought-provoking, these cinematic gems showcase Swiss talent and add a unique touch to the summer lineup.
Movies in French or with subtitles in French.
A special evening offered by the Grand Théâtre de Genève, inviting you to discover its 2025–26 season themed Lost in Translation.
