Olizane, Espace d’Art Contemporain is an independent contemporary art space in Geneva’s Quartier des Bains. It presents rotating exhibitions, performances and curator-led projects, fostering experimentation and interdisciplinary dialogue. The venue supports local and international artists through site-specific presentations and collaborative events, contributing to Geneva’s contemporary cultural scene.
The exhibition is conceived as a journey—a path traced by Marianne Herjean through the Aeolian Islands, Ibiza, Brittany, and Vevey, where she resides.
Her recent works are imbued with water and botanical elements: visions of water, the Vaud Riviera, and expansive mountain vistas.
“Celle qui rêva, celle qui fut rêvée. Paysages prodigieux*” explores the landscape and the imagery created by Marianne Herjean.
Preview: 4 November, 18:00 – 21:00
Opening: During la Nuit des Bains, 12 November, 18:00 – 21:00
