Brasserie du Virage is a cooperative microbrewery in Geneva producing small-batch craft beers. Housed in a former distillery, it blends industrial character with experimental brewing practices and a focus on local ingredients. The venue serves as a community-driven workshop for collaborative production, tasting and direct exchange between brewers and the public.
