Driven by a deep passion for Japan’s arts and culture, this workshop invites preteens to explore the technique and visual language of manga portraiture. Young mangakas will learn to draw a characteristic portrait—large expressive eyes, simplified mouth, dynamic hair—focusing on clean strokes and controlled lines. The session explains the specific rules and expressive vocabulary of manga, helping participants sharpen observational skills and develop creativity through structured exercises and guided practice.

Performed by Louise Crasnier and Guénolé Juvin, this sparkling song programme channels the spirit of Anne Sylvestre through two voices and a guitar. The duo wanders between fragile tenderness and sharp humour, delivering songs that stroke, shake and open the chest to breathe deeper. Their intimate interplay and storytelling revive timeless portraits of words, birds and daily life, moving the audience to laughter and tears within a stripped-back musical frame.

L’Audace du papillon explores rebirth after crisis through a delicate blend of storytelling, theatre and movement. At 55, Denise’s life shifts and the piece follows her awakening — renewed desires, daring gestures and reclaimed vitality. In a spare, choreographic staging where every movement bears the text, the work honours those who rise, reinvent and choose to inhabit life with intensity.
