The Bâtiment administratif de la Mairie (BAM) is Lancy’s municipal administrative building housing the town hall reception, civil registry and municipal services, including cultural administration. It functions as a public civic hub, supporting administrative procedures, community services and coordination of local cultural programmes, offering offices and public counters for resident services.
Presented by the City of Lancy, this municipal exhibition examines the Voie verte as an emblem of soft mobility. A sequence of informational panels traces the route’s evolution, combining historical context, planning perspectives and reflections on everyday use. The display uses concise visual and textual elements to reveal how infrastructural changes shape mobility, landscape and social practices, inviting consideration of sustainability, accessibility and the ongoing dialogues between urban design and community life.
