CinéTransat is Geneva’s much-loved open-air cinema festival, transforming summer evenings into a joyful collective experience. Since 2009, it has offered free screenings of cult classics, discoveries, and short films in a relaxed, festive atmosphere where picnics, games, costumes and spontaneous singalongs are as much part of the event as the films themselves. Rooted in the heart of the city and open to everyone, CinéTransat celebrates cinema as a shared, accessible and environmentally mindful moment, bringing together generations, neighbourhoods and visitors around the simple pleasure of watching films under the stars.
Together is an immersive experience in three parts that explores multilateralism and the role of international cooperation. Visitors move through a sensory narrative, interact with tactile and audio elements, and cast votes on imagined resolutions. The format mixes storytelling, participation and emotion to produce surprising communal moments. Intimate yet expansive, the experience invites curiosity, playful engagement and reflection on how collective action shapes peace and shared futures.
Climb aboard a vintage tram and ride through the city in a 1920s convoy. Hear wooden wheels click, bell chimes ring, and feel the gentle sway as the streets roll past. Children can spot bright colors, old signs, and unexpected details while imagining stories from long ago. The trip mixes movement, sound, and history so kids can explore, ask questions, and share discoveries with family in a lively, sensory journey.
