Où l’humain devient forêt

Victoire Cathalan presents a series of paintings that trace the porous boundary between human presence and forested life. Through layered oils and textured surfaces, her canvases evoke arboreal forms, bodily traces and the regenerative forces of the living world. The exhibition invites sustained looking at the vegetal as subject and collaborator, exploring scale, gesture and the interdependence of bodies and trees through a subtle palette and material intensity.

Opening Wednesday 20 May.

Marie Ducaté presents Simultanés, an installation that transposes the spirit and traces of her studio into a theatre of objects. Combining ceramics, tracing paper, watercolor, textile and glass, the work sits at the intersection of pop culture and art history. The installation foregrounds a chromatic range from vivid colour to transparency and investigates the sensuality of materials, inviting close attention to texture, surface and the intimate relationships between form and materiality. Curated by Claire FitzGerald.

28 April – 30 July

Fertile Hybridations explores the many forms of encounters and interweavings between humans, non-humans, knowledge systems, and temporalities.
Visitors are invited to inhabit the space, to question, to connect with these artist-researchers and designers, and—like them—to attempt to engage in dialogue and move beyond anthropocentrism, the idea that humans are at the center of everything. Instead, the exhibition encourages recognizing forms of intelligence or agency in other species, and building new relationships and exchanges.
Through this evolving exhibition, enriched by the intersection of art, design, and science, HiFlow becomes a living laboratory—a space for fertile alliances…

9 – 27 May

Measures of Infinity brings together works by Susanna Bauer, Frankie Gao and Carol Prusa in a contemplative exhibition of drawings, installations and meticulously crafted objects. Bauer transforms fragile leaves into intricate, almost meditative compositions; Gao offers pared-back drawings and open installations that evoke cosmic structures; Prusa constructs pieces informed by scientific models and unseen phenomena. Across scale and material, the show explores perception, precision and the tension between the intimate and the vast, inviting close looking and slow attention.

12 March – 20 June

May 1972 is an exhibition dedicated to Salvatore Emblema (Naples, 1929–2006), bringing together works produced between the late 1960s and the early 1980s. Across paintings, sculptures and installations, Emblema refines a conceptual language that interrogates materiality, form and temporality. The presentation highlights his experimental use of found materials, assemblage and reductive gestures, situating these works within postwar Italian avant‑garde practices and the artist’s evolving exploration of spatial and epistemic limits.

6 May – 4 June

Leila Alaoui’s photography presents a humane, boundary-crossing vision that interrogates identity, migration and the lives of migrant workers. This exhibition brings together iconic series, rarely seen photographs and coherent photographic ensembles to reveal the dignity of her subjects and the visual language that frames their stories. Through portraiture and documentary practice, Alaoui explores gender, displacement and cultural interconnection with formal rigor and emotional clarity, forging intimate encounters that bridge histories and territories.
