Conceived and performed by Mohamed El Khatib and Israel Galván, this joyful, sensitive duo explores family ties, faith and identity. Born into a Jehovah’s Witness household and a devout Muslim family respectively, and former footballers, the two combine dance and theatre to publicly tell their parents they love them while defending an artistic life. Fred Hocké’s scenography, Pedro León’s sound design and Micol Notarianni’s costumes create a minimal, intimate stage world.
