Activities focus on sensory play, colour, cutting and simple sewing, encouraging sharing and confidence while each child finds their own place.

Explore the lake’s underwater world with your family and a specialist who guides you through the lives of Léman’s fish. Listen to stories about shimmering scales, curious fins and the soft gurgle of water while you learn about their bodies, diets and roles in the lake’s food web. Touch charts, ask questions and share observations in a friendly space that opens curiosity and new discoveries about freshwater life.

Wednesday 4 March, 15:00

Alain Frey leads this workshop exploring sound design and attentive listening, guiding participants through a composed sound narrative assembled from many recordings.

Participants will use close listening and imagination to navigate the layered audio piece and develop personal interpretations. The session examines how field recordings and sound design create narrative meaning, and addresses techniques for focusing perception effectively away from everyday stimuli.

11 February & 4 March

Imagine walking from the exhibition into a workshop where you dream up how to become famous and see your name on a street plaque. Children sketch bright ideas, cut colorful collage pieces, and stick them onto a cardboard plaque. They paint letters, add textures, and play with shapes and sounds as they personalise their mini street sign. The result is a small ‘success panel’ to hang on a wall and a lively collage celebrating their future fame.

14 January – 18 March

Gather for a cozy winter storytime where librarians read books and kamishibaï aloud. Sit under warm lights and listen as voices bring snowy scenes to life. Pages rustle, paper theaters unfold, and characters sing, laugh, or whisper. Children will join through wonder, imagining colorful worlds, acting out moments, and asking questions. This lively reading sparks language, curiosity, and play while encouraging listening and pretend adventures.
