“Neolithica, the Great Secret” is a parable exploring the emergence of power and sedentism during the Neolithic era. The Gurtner/Bovay/Gremaud collective showcases “La Magnificité” at Maison Saint-Gervais. This trio, consisting of Michèle Gurtner, Tiphanie Bovay-Klameth, and François Gremaud, performs a series of lively and absurd sketches that highlight a playful and purposeless blend of gestures and dialogue. Combining elements of automatic writing, surrealist games, and improvisation, their performance is naive, poetic, tender, and most importantly, hilariously engaging.

The Béjart Ballet Lausanne presents Hamlet, choreographed by Valentina Turcu with music by Max Richter, Cigarettes After Sex, and Muse. This powerful reinterpretation of Shakespeare’s masterpiece blends physicality and metaphysics, exploring the depths of human emotion and relationships through dance, in homage to Maurice Béjart’s enduring influence.

Théâtre Spirale presents “Memory of Fire” by Eduardo Galeano at La Parfumerie, a poetic and thought-provoking performance inspired by Latin American history. This show amplifies the voices of the voiceless through myths, legends, historical events, and stories. Directed by Patrick Mohr, the production weaves together text, music, and visuals, featuring a collaboration with versatile artists. On Fridays, the program is enhanced with Cuban music concerts.

Globale Locale unites 12 emblematic nightlife venues across Geneva for three days of concerts, DJ sets, and cultural happenings that spotlight the city’s independent scene. Celebrating local talent and alternative culture while standing against the precarity of the arts, the festival offers everything from live bands to club nights, offbeat activities, and solidarity events—an energizing mix where partying becomes a collective, political act of support.
