Bernex hosts the latest edition of its Rencontres musicales, this year dedicated to the spellbinding sounds of Celtic culture. Bagpipes, drums, and dances will fill the streets as 13 groups from near and far take the stage for free concerts. Alongside the music, the weekend offers a folk ball, a Scottish ceilidh, a Celtic camp, activities for all ages, and delicious local specialties—making it a festive and convivial way to close the summer.
