Recluses Fest #8 is making a return to Geneva’s Alhambra, bringing together six bands that are sure to electrify the stage. The lineup includes legendary Cockney Rejects, the explosive punk rock and folklore fusion of BRKOVI, and the French urban rock project Survet Skins. Part of the ticket sales will be donated to Hardcore Hits Cancer to help children battling cancer. This is an engaged and compassionate musical event not to be missed!
The Agapé Festival returns for its 17th edition, offering 11 concerts and a theater play at the Salle Frank Martin. Mai au Parc is a must-attend free festival in Geneva, located along the Aïre between Lancy and Geneva. Friday and Saturday are devoted to musical evenings showcasing diverse genres such as pop rock, soul, and hip-hop. Sunday afternoon focuses on family-friendly activities and includes a Malian blues concert.

“A Star is Borgne” is a wild, satirical comedy on the film industry. When the director absconds with the funds, aspiring actresses auditioning for parts agree to participate in a pseudo ‘making-of’ segment for a portion of the film, working both in front of and behind the camera. They also find themselves standing in for the leading actress in a revealing scene, creating a tongue-in-cheek but affectionate portrayal of the film world and its occasionally artificial glamour.
