Founded in 2011 by General and Artistic Director Sébastien Boucher, the Groove’N’Move festival was created with the belief that urban dance is full of creativity and delivers universal messages through its language. Organized by the Art’O’Danse association, the festival has been offering an artistic journey into the world of urban dance for nearly 15 years, featuring performances, workshops, meetings, conferences, and documentary screenings to showcase hip-hop culture to a wide audience. Each year, over 200 artists participate, aiming to surprise, move, and bring dance to life beyond language and cultural barriers, attracting more than 4,000 spectators annually.
