Meet the artist Massao Mascaro and delve into his exhibition “Ici, là” at the Maison de l’enfance et de l’adolescence des HUG. Through two series of photographs taken between Geneva and Brussels, Mascaro explores the relationship between intimacy, daily life, and the passage of time. The first series focuses on the banks of the Rhône, where the flow of water serves as a metaphor for time. The second series captures domestic scenes from his Brussels apartment, notably the kitchen table after meals, symbolizing family memory. This exhibition, in collaboration with the Centre de la Photographie Genève, elevates the mundane and the everyday.
