Neon Parallax is an ongoing public-art project initiated in 2006 by Geneva’s Fonds d’art contemporain (FMAC) and Fonds cantonal d’art contemporain (FCAC). These luminous, site-responsive works probe perception, the materiality of language and the urban nightscape, using neon and light to reveal, fragment and question forms of presence and collective visibility.
