The exhibition delves into the delicate and harmonious grace in 16th and 17th-century Flemish painting, examining how the masters of this period used color and intricate details to achieve this elusive quality. Grace, seen as a feminine attribute that favors delight over strength, suggests a balance between the soul and nature.

Opening during the Art en Vieille-Ville collective vernissage on Thursday, November 6, from 16:00 to 21:00.

11 September – 15 November

Anjesa Dellova’s work, Finding Words, Fighting Words, delves into the challenging journey of weaving a fragmented identity into a comprehensive narrative. Drawing inspiration from Albania’s intricate cultural history, the exhibition brings this complexity into the dynamic physicality of her paintings. The display is further enriched with an accompanying text by Paolo Baggi.

HiFlow presents the immersive installation “Dream Machine Collective” by Barbara Carlotti, part of the DREAM UP exhibition featuring 23 artists and over 50 works. As it approaches its fortieth anniversary, Maison Tavel has revamped its spaces to include a floor for temporary events, a reimagined permanent exhibition, and a music-dedicated salon. The exhibition “Quel froid !” exlplores the depictions of winter, showcasing paintings from the 17th century to the present alongside historical and contemporary photographs.
