A young ocean advocate hitchhikes across France to meet people pioneering more sustainable ways of eating, revealing how fishing, industrial farming, pesticides, and global transport affect the ocean—and, most importantly, highlighting practical solutions for eating well while protecting it. The screening is followed by a discussion with Rémy Tranchida, a chef specializing in plant-based cuisine and author of Ma cuisine végétale, in collaboration with the Festival du Film Vert.
