Join the first OpenDinner by La Betsch, the Carouge supper club known for its zero-waste, 100% local feasts. For this special edition in the forest, 14 guests will gather around one table for a surprise tasting menu made entirely from Swiss, seasonal ingredients—sourced directly from ethical producers and crafted with care (everything’s homemade, even the soy sauce!).
