Artificial Intelligence: What Do Law and Ethics Say?

Yaniv Benhamou is Professor of Digital and Information Law at the University of Geneva and director of the Digital Law Center. He serves on the federal AI regulation advisory group. His research focuses on emerging technologies (AI and Web3) and on cultural and creative industries such as music, visual arts and video games.

This lecture examines legal and ethical challenges raised by artificial intelligence, exploring regulatory frameworks, responsibility and impacts on creative sectors.
