The Caves site consists of a small performance hall that can accommodate between 80 and 120 people depending on the room’s configuration, as well as an independent bar/lounge area that can accommodate about fifty people. The artistic programming of the venue is managed by the Cultural Service of the City of Versoix, in collaboration with individuals and associations from Versoix.
Evita Koné, a singer from Geneva with Swiss, Chadian, and American influences, masterfully blends hip-hop, neo-soul, and R’n’B. Known for her voice that perfectly complements groove, she gracefully transitions between singing and rapping. As a member of the group Captains Of The Imagination, she also enjoys a successful solo career, highlighted by winning the Swiss Live Talents award in 2022. Her EP “Break,” produced by Christophe Calpini, showcases her musical versatility, ranging from smooth soul to dark hip-hop and trip-hop. Through her lyrics, she tackles personal and social themes, particularly addressing the oppression of women and non-binary individuals.
The story of Babar, the little elephant set to music by Francis Poulenc in 1945, follows Babar’s adventures starting from the loss of his mother and his refuge in the city with an elderly lady. His life takes another turn when his cousins Arthur and Céleste arrive, embarking on new adventures together. This musical performance aimed at young audiences is brought to life by Véronique Gobet and Benjamin Cuche.

“Histoire drôle d’un gars triste” is a one-man show by Adrien Laplana that intertwines sketches with absurd humor. This performance delves into our connection with sadness through a gentle and rhythmic approach, aiming to make us feel more alive.

The Association des Concerts des dimanches invites you to a captivating concert featuring sung poems set to the words of Argentine poet Alfonsina Storni. Composed by Lucia Albertoni and Diana Grande, and accompanied by Pierre Alain Magni on guitar, Elia Lucken on violin and bass, and Marta Dias on percussion and melodica, the poems come alive with blended melodies inspired by Argentine and Mediterranean rhythms. The vocal performances turn the poems into enchanting polyphonic songs.
The jazz ensemble Crazy Stompers, founded by Lauriane Gas along with Sébastien Venturini and Nicolas Penz, brings a lively and upbeat reinterpretation to both iconic standards and lesser-known compositions from the Roaring Twenties of American jazz. The concert is free, but reservations are recommended. The bar opens at 20:00.
