Fidèle Baha, a storyteller and guardian of histories, shares his tales at the Saint-Jean Library. His stories weave cultural connections, impart valuable lessons, honor ancestral wisdom, and provide a space for sharing laughter and memories. They illuminate our identity and future. Join under the palaver tree, an African sanctuary of spoken word.

In French.  Ages 7 and up.

An all-ages workshop led by Ivorian clowns, actors, and puppeteers Fidèle Baha and Hyacinthe Brika. Participants will explore the art of crafting contemporary puppets using recycled materials and everyday unused items such as cushions, dusters, clothing, and driftwood.

In French.  Kids ages 7 and up.
